She's not a quality employee and needs to be made aware of it. Face it. You're the big dawg now. Sometimes you're gonna have to do the not so fun stuff, like telling slackers that they are slackers and not worth paying to come in and slack off. I wish I could blog about work! I spent yesterday doing an awesome job of doing the work that should have been done by the employee I'm pretty sure gets paid lots more than me. I SO want to rant about it, but I can't!
